A Day in the Life of Year 7
The only way for you to really know what everyday life in YUC is like is to experience it yourself, but we think this video is a good example of our usual routine! You'll go to 5 different lessons a day and you'll have plenty of opportunity to see your friends... watch for yourself!

Our social media is regularly updated to keep parents informed, broadcast important announcements and showcase pupils' talents! We highly recommend parents follow the Year 7 & 8 Instagram page as there are continuous posts about Transition to Secondary School. There are also 'Live Q&A' sessions when new announcements regarding Covid-19 require action.

The Ambassador Team
Pupils are invited to join the Key Stage 3 Ambassador Team at Ysgol Uwchradd Caergybi. The Ambassadors meet regularly to discuss ideas and work together to make improvements to pupil experiences at YUC. Ystafell Pawb is where you'll find key members of staff such as Mr Tristian Griffiths (Progress Manager) and Mrs Hannah Jaques-Williams (Pastoral Support Officer). All the staff at Ystafell Pawb are employed to ensure the well-being, safety and general progress of pupils is as good as it can be at YUC!
